最近になってよく聴いている、オランダ発のビート・メイカー、Arts The BeatdoctorのTransitionsを御紹介です。
この作品はジャジーでオーガニック、そしてインテリジェンスな香りも漂う、最近の作品の中でも群を抜く完成度。これがデビュー作品というのが信じられないくらいです。サウンドはアブストラクトなニュアンスも含み、流麗なピアノとスウィングするビートがClub Jazzリスナーにも受け入れられるはず。
「10年に一曲級の大名曲」なんて謳われている「The Anthem」は嘘ではないです。要必聴。
